I have 25+ years of experience catering. I've done fund raising events, church functions and my new mobile Chop Shop Bar-B-Que truck is a dream come true.
Chop Shop Bar-B-Que was established in December of 2019. We are a mobile food service that located directly across the street from the Cherokee casino. You can set your GPS device to 704 Paint Town Road, Cherokee, North Carolina, 28719.
